Over 20 years experience in the financial industry, in various leading positions including supervisory board positions. Han has broad and in-depth expertise in stimulating and ensuring a culture of integrity and compliance risk awareness throughout organisations including their value chains. From strategy to execution, with focus on enabling employees and achieving operational excellence. With a background as former regulator and certified public auditor, Han enriched his view on the value and impact of an organisation and its stakeholders, in their social and corporate context.
